[D] TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Development Charges (EDC+IDC) will be charged on pro-rated per Unit as applicable to this Township/Group Housing colony. In case of any revision, the same would be recovered on pro-rata basis from the Applicant/Allottee.
PLC : Corner, 18 Mtr. Road & above& Green Facing. Single PLC – 4%, Double PLC – 5% and Triple PLC – 6%
Service tax, TDS, any other tax and cess as applicable would be payable by the customer as per demand. (Basic: 3.50%; PLC, Club Membership & Other Charges: 14%)
Electricity Installation Charges, Maintenance Charges, Meter Connection Charges and other charges will be charged extra and shall be paid before the possession.
Prices subject to revision at the sole discretion of the Company.
Power Back up Charges is min 3 KVA and additional load will be decided by the developer at the time of possession.
Cheques/Bank Drafts to be issued in favour of “SUPERTECH LIMITEDA/C” payable at New Delhi. Outstation cheques shall not be accepted.
Total Cost is inclusive of all additional charges.
